How do workshops and Labs fit together?
Every workshop kicks off the Lab of the same tier. The workshop sets it up, and the Lab keeps it running.
Is the review free?
Yes, the self-service review on our site is free. Run with our team as part of a workshop, it's included in the workshop price.
How do we pay for a workshop?
There's no online checkout. Send a request, we confirm scope and dates, then invoice. In-person workshops exclude travel and accommodation.
What's the minimum commitment length?
The minimum commitment for a Lab is six months. When a Lab follows a workshop, we agree its length with you based on the outcome of the workshop.
Can we change tier later?
Yes. You can move between Pilot, Accelerate and Operate as your needs change.
What counts as a dev hour?
An hour of hands-on build work by our certified engineers and AI agents on your project. Expert hours are advice from our practice leads. Both are tracked in Matrix.
